All products CANNOT be returned or refunded.

Damaged Products

Within five (5) business days of receiving any damaged products please email team@drbrite.com. We are not responsible for products reported damaged after this period of time.

Lost and Stolen Orders
Once we transfer Dr.Brite / Rejuvenate orders into our shippers care they are responsible for delivering your order. We are no longer responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are shown as delivered. For lost of physically damaged orders please contact your local USPS.

Allergic Reactions
Even though our products are made with all-natural and organic ingredients, it is possible you may experience an allergic reaction. In this extremely rare event, discontinue use and contact us your doctor.
